Privacy and text messaging

This page explains what happens to the information you share with JM Agency through this website.

What we collect

When you send a form, we receive what you type: usually your name, phone number, email and a short note. We also note which page you sent it from and how you found the site, so we can understand what is helpful. The calculator runs in your browser, and your numbers are only sent if you ask Jodi to reach out.

How we use it

Only to respond to you and to help with your request. Your personal information is not sold, and it is not shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Text messages

• Texts are only sent if you check the consent box on a form, or text us first.
• Message frequency varies with your request.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.
• Consent to texts is never a condition of purchase.
